Trauma-Informed Therapy

Welcome

Welcome. Entering therapy is a courageous step, and I recognize the bravery it takes to begin.

My name is Sherae and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) practicing under clinical supervision. I use a holistic approach that is relational and includes embodied practices to help you feel more integrated. I specialize in supporting clients navigating relationships, attachment wounds, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, foster care and adoption related experiences, perfectionism, and shame.

My style of relating is grounded, gentle, and empowering. Together, we will approach your story with curiosity, tending to the parts of you that are in need of healing, helping you reclaim your voice, strengthen your sense of agency, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been silenced, wounded, or forgotten along the way. If this resonates, and you’re ready to begin the journey of reconnecting with yourself, I would be honored to support you.
